Aithra Studios is in excellent choice for those you are seeking a luxurious and modern accommodation, very close to the local beach of Paradisos.
Our accommodation unit is located near the highway and is about 150m from the beach, where ypu can also find a variety of taverns, restaurants and beach bars. The nearest supermarket, bakery and fish shop are just across the road so you can easily cover your everyday needs. The town of Neos Marmaras is also very close (around 800m) and the second main beach of Neos Marmaras is about 2 km away.
The accommodation offers you 3bed rooms (size 35m²) and also 4bed rooms (size 45m²).
All of our rooms are equipped with TV, Air Condition, Refrigerator, Coffee Machine, Mosquito Net and Bathroom with with shower cabin, hairdryer and all toiletries. Baby coat can be also provided in case you need one. Changing of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning, are done every three days.
The accommodation offers you free private parking lot where you can park your vehicles.
We really like pets but unfortunately they are not allowed.
You will find our accommodation unit very easily, coming from the direction of Neos Marmaras and following the main Nikiti-Sarti road, after passing the BP gas station, continue straight for another 160m and you will see the accommodation on your right.
